WS-K

The <<Wagner-System>>® console WS-K is a wall column for carrying vertical loads with horizontal or vertical profiles. This system is suitable for large or small formatted claddings.

The console is folded in a cold forming process from thin Galvalume® St-E 320 d=1,5mm. The steel sheet St-E 320 is coated with a corrosion protection consisting of an aluminium-zinc alloy (55% aluminium, 43,3% zinc and 1,6% silicon). Galvalume® St-E 320 AZ-Aluzink®-Galvalume® is corrosion protection class III by DIN 55928/ part 8 -licensed for outside construction by DIN 18516. An additional corrosion protection for the cut and punched edges is not necessary.

Technical features of the WS-K:
Slide and fix points for the initiation of wind loads and the transfer of dead weight and wind loads are of the same shape. Thus, construction faults can be prevented. The conctruction is processed to current standards and codes.

Slotted holes for fastening at the outer wall are provided with a corrugation to secure the construction against vertical shifting.

The girder profile L 45/63/1,5 mm is an of uneven, shanked form.
The girder profile can be fed into the clamping spring either with a 45 mm or 63 mm angle leg.
Thus, a further offset/balance construction tolerances is possible without replacing of WS-K.

<<Wagner-System>>® WS-K wood-metal
For the installation of small and large formatted claddings, wood laths are secured on the profile with wood metal SB-screw invented by us. This process can be done in one step without trail boring.

WS-K on wood-metal-construction
Due to the use of the torx drive, the load transfer during the boring and screwing process guarantees a quick and secure installation. The extra large casing head reduces the contact pressure vertical to the fibre by its larger contact area and prevents the splitting of the laths.
