The <<Wagner-System>>® WS-Z is used for vertical support structures.
The fastener exists of a C-part and a suspension.
Technical features of the WS-Z:
The C-part generates a joint with its pre-assembled bolt head
on the fastener element. With the bolt head a thermal separation
between the aluminium of the C-part and the outer wall is made.
The clinger is attached to the C-part.
The clinger can be replaced at any time.
Changes of the template are possible by the selection of longer or
shorter suspensions without unfixing the fasteners.
Slide and fix points for the initiation of the wind loads and for
the transferring of dead and wind loads are of equal shapes.
Undefined loose or fix points:
The system is set up without any defined slide and fix points.
The girder profile is initiated into the clamping spring.
It is adjusted and settled in the holes of the slide and fix points,
riveted or clenched. Through the movement of the clinger the C-part
finds itself the fix point for load initiation depending on temperature.
Construction faults are thus widely prevented!
Technical advantages of the WS-Z:
By the formation of a joint, a profitably structural constrcution can
be implemented, which is useful for outer walls with low load capacities.
